Bespoke consultancy project: English for Healthcare students
Objective: Enhance educators’ learning design skills and create an impactful English for Healthcare self-access course to equip students with language skills to enhance employability.
Programme
Consultation: Free consultation with ministry and education institution stakeholders to analyse needs and establish project goals and timelines for effective collaboration.
Co-creation of English for Healthcare students self-access course:
Creations of guidlines, templates, curricula, activity banks and materials for a motivating and impactful course. Accessible
on MoH’s learning management system (LMS).
Educator upskilling and coaching: Developing understanding of Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) for languages and learning design skills. Tailored group sessions and 121 coaching to maximise progress within timeframes.
Evaluation report and recommendations: Project reviews and reporting for effective progress tracking. Final recommendations for ongoing upskilling of ministry and educator teams for sustainable student skills development, positively impacting their employability.
